Activist and Pulitzer Prize winning journalist Chris Hedges joins the show to discuss his current lawsuit against President Barack Obama and Defense Secretary Leon Panetta over the legality of the National Defense Authorization Act. The NDAA, of course, was signed into law on New Year's Eve by a former Nobel Peace Price winner and "senior lecturer" on the U.S. Constitution. Hmmm. Under Section 1021 of the NDAA, the U.S. military can hold U.S. citizens indefinitely, without charge, without lawyer and without trial.
