Baldy is on strike
Lefties seem to love having our money stolen from us and redistributed to less-productive individuals (of course, we could do that ourselves, voluntarily). Righties seem to love having our money stolen from us and redistributed to the military-industrial complex and Department of Homeland Security. Even many, if not most, people who are part of the so-called Tea Party movement have no problem with the borrowing and spending required to maintain that massive government program called the military (some 1,000 bases in 140 or so countries) and DHS.
This should make all of them happy: I'm going to shut up for a while, because together they form an overwhelming force I don't feel like going up against at the moment. But first, many thanks to all of you for sentencing my daughter's generation and many generations to follow to oppressive debt and surveillance, without, of course, giving them a say in the matter. You seem to know better than they do that they should live as perpetual debtors in a horrific surveillance society. Nice going.
