My idea for a 28th Amendment
Now that the 111th Congress has been adjourned and we can clearly see how badly they screwed us, not to mention the 110th Congress, the 109th, 108th, 107th, etc., does anyone really believe that the 112th will be much different when it comes to spending and government control of our lives? Okay, they might be a little different, but remember: Both major parties have a long history of sticking it to us. With that in mind, I have an idea for a 28th Amendment. It goes like this:
"Congress shall make no law."
If only.
